Russia rejects 'biased' UN ruling on 2014 downing of MH17

MOSCOW, May 13 — The Kremlin has rejected as biased a ruling by the United Nations' International Civil Aviation Organisation that Russia was responsible for the downing of a Malaysian airliner over Ukraine in 2014 which killed all 298 passengers and crew.
